Looking to do more citizen role-play or are you unskilled in the ways of the citizen. Well this guide should help you!
[Your past!]
Well, Your a citizen, You have just got off the train and have arrived in City 45[Or other if server map is different.] You are used to travelling and you know how the world works a lot more with the Universal Union taking over it. Generally you have been to other cities and you know basic things such as Apply, UU laws and much more!
[Your emotions]
As a citizen you are not going to be lively and happy bouncing around collecting delicious rations, Most citizens will hate their life and would rather die. You have to eat Sloppy and smiley rations and you are under terrible living conditions. You will go through; Ruined apartments, Oppressive police, Terrible food and drink and lots more!
[What you can do.]
You have many choices as a citizen most of them you will be in danger somehow.
[Anti-citizen] - You can break the law, Steal equipment, Help other citizens and make a push to break down the last remains of the Universal Union! You are not exactly gonna dash out of nowhere and shoot everyone and everything. Becoming a Anti-Citizen or a rebel Is quite Hard, Some parts are easy like breaking simple laws.
- A loyalist is loyal to the combine, They wouldn't dare disobey them. They most likely do not like them but they aim to stay out of trouble so they wont be having a sore head for the next few days. They may also seek better living conditions!
- Most people are just going about there business, Possibly setting up shops or just living in terribly made apartments hoping everything will go back to normal. You probably wont go outside since that is where your mostly in danger!
[Basic terms]
Apply - Applying is saying your name and CID(Civil Identity Card) If an officer ask's you to apply type /apply or /applysay
Move along - Easy to understand, This just means go along with your business.
Isolate - It mainly means separate from the group that your in.
[Conclusion]
As you can see being a citizen isn't exactly straight up boring. If you find most of this boring for yourself then citizenRP is probably not for you, Hl2RP is also possibly not for you as if you cannot understand basic terms you wont get very far.
