I have notice that the rolling system dont work when fighting. For example we have 3 units attacking 1 citizen with no weapon he ends up killing two of them because he gets really high roll chances and when civil protection Miss at about point blank range what in my eyes does not make sense and needs to be fixed even with 2 EOW Units against 1 guy with a shotgun The EOW Miss about 5-7 Times because they keep missing even though In lore they should have almost Aimbot aim and that dont make sense when they miss that many times when there 2 meters away from the civ with not object blocking them. I think this needs to be fixed

It shouldn't be rolling at point-blank range, especially if its a trained unit. But if it's at longer range, such as a fight at two sides of a ware-house, or behind cover it should be rolling.
About the EOWs constantly missing, there are a number of ways of fixing that. There could be roll-bonuses, but they are known to be abused by farming training and ass-pulling. I have seen alot of servers with units with un-fair roll bonuses, so it shouldn't be more than 15 if implemented.
