This is a locked / passworded container in the nexus armoury for units to drop of there unwanted / spare equipment, so it can be re-used or destroyed later on.
The idea of this, is to clean-up the nexus armoury and also too prevent minges from breaking in and stealing the equipment - I regularly PILES of un-used equipment laying about in the armoury, both causing lag and making it easy for minges to target it.
