What would you do if a citizen runs in the plaza, how would you react:

I would report over the radio to the MPF units that a anti-citizen is running about my code I would use is YELLOW or ORANGE.
What would you do if you see a rebel in the Restricted area:

I would the report the location of the rebel over the radio first CODE: RED and then when waiting for units to arrive I would use my flash to temporarily blind the rebel.
