(Welcome in City Seventeen)
1991 Year,March John's birthdays. John Canston was a 21 years old man without job. His mother died because of Lupus this is horrible virus every human with lupus need to have medication 24 hours and because John's mother was alone in home at night she died because of lupus. She didnt had a very nice life same like John's father because he was a mechanic with a very bad payment. John's father left John when he was ten years old because John was an problem for him. Untill year 1994 Johny was found alone in forgotten home by police. Police didnt knew what to do with him but they taken him to police department. Johny was in police department one night and next day he was taken to new family where he was safe for a long time. Johny had to finish high school and he was so lazy to do homework.Johny didnt like history and matematic. In year 1999 Johny was confused about bad situation with his not real mother and father. Johny was still immature to get a job when he was 16 years old he was too young to work as a bussines man or mechanic like his real father. In year 2003 Johny found a beatifiul girl and he was fall in love. He never talked to her because he was nervous and too stressed to even touch her or call her. At friday Johny made party at his house of course he invited his friends but when one of his friends asked him where is his girlfriend Johny didn't answer on question and he said "Keep dancing mate!" After party Johny was drunked and beated up by his father because of alcohol and very noice party. Johny still remember black belt upon his ass. He never forgotten this what happened to him last night. At monday he tried to forget about situation by drinking more alcohol. Finally he used drugs and he woke up in hospital with Mother on his left and father on his right. Johny remember only his not real father's face and not real mother's face. After he back to home he never used drugs or alcohol this time only bread and water. Untill 2012 year finally Johny was no more immature kid and he had a good job with good payment. At thuersday Johny ranked up to Staff Employment. He had to check if everything is okay with shipments but he forget about one thing.... About his love.

At 2016 year Johny went to house because he forgot something important untill he saw old man in black. Johny was watching closely and he was listening to the old man in TV "Citizens my friends President of USA has to change some problems of course he need to fix them. Im here to take his place and sit on the chair and talk with you all about new deal in City. All of citizens cannot leave their country or they will be punished by metro police force. This time same guy in white gasmask pushed him on the ground and he flicked on bis stunstick "Second warning move away!" Johny hurt his back and he was scared of situation. He stand up and did what he said. After walking around plaza Johny seen an yellow thing with three long legs and strange red symbole walking around behind barieer. Johny was seriously this time scared everywhere he was he seen persons with gear. Johny ran quick to his house and he shut down doors. Next day Johny didn't sleep at night and he seen old man in TV again. A old man said "So finally I can say who am I and I will explain what is happening. My name's Doctor Wallace Breen and I work for combine. Im supposed to protect this city and make it more safe. A new civil protection system had been installed yesterday and tested on you all. Im so sorry if you had issue with them but its their job and they must do what they are supposed to.Ration terminal is starting at 6 AM so hurry up and take your delicious ration! Oh I forgot to say something because of not higienist you all will be given new clothes a blue jumpsuit. Take it at 4 AM when civil protection will knock to your doors. Shortly afterwards a Civil Protection squad enters the UCH with a box full of clean and new UU Jumpsuits and begins to hand them out to each Citizen. The squad reach John and offer a clean Jumpsuit, but John is hesitant and refuses to take it. The Civil Protection unit says 'Take it!' in a loud voice, but John still resists taking the clothing. The Civil Protection unit says "Final warning or you will be arrested." John then takes the clothing with a displeased expression before quickly re-entering his room and going back to bed. When Johny was at ration distribution terminal he took his ration. Inside bag there was an water and UU granted soup.Johny said this food is so shitty and he will not eat it. Of Course he did that because he was really hungry.At 8pm old man shown up again "Welcome citizens! Because its beginning we made civil worker Union job for you all! Even cycle work! As a civil worker union you can sell goodies and new clothes. On cycle you have to smash and change metal to things! Have a nice day!". Johny said its bullshit about nice day because there will be none anymore.

Overwatch unit never check anti-citizens and stun them off. If he see a citizen running around with gun or holding it in hands it will be a threat for overwatch unit so he will amputate him how fast he can.
