The Story:
A dropship carrying supplies and a vital target for the Combine crashes. The emergency drill goes off, scattering the supplies all over the City. The target is carrying vital information for the Combine, and on the run during the crash. He would be valuable for ANYONE who captures him.
Roles of the factions:
Combine: The Combine's priority 1 target is the informant. A side mission would be to capture the supplies and bring them back. OTA would mainly be dispatched to re-gain these items and the informant, but squads of CP would be to.
Rebels: Capture supplies or the informant, it doesn't matter. The Informant would be valuable information for the resistance cause, but supplies would be a valuable asset to the war.
Others: Capture supplies for yourself or the informant, and sell them both for money. It's up to you what you do.
