Why do you want to join?:I want to fight and protect the city from anti-citizens and be a guard for the CA.
Ever been OTA on any other servers?:Yes.

Do you understand OTA only come out for events and such?:Yes.
Backstory, (Either base your backstory on getting captured as a Citizen and becoming OTA or being OTA through MPF.)
It all starts with one man, his name was Mike Gozlovo. Mike was a average man, woke up everyday went to work everyday, but something in his life twist and changed him into what he is today. In his early year's, Mike was bullied and neglected by his parents because he was smarter and his parents wanted him to join the army and become a serviceman. Mike didn't want to, but he still trained himself at the age of 15 to be strong and mentally strong and fit. He was capable enough to do what his parents wanted but he didn't want to.
Through his school year's he developed a characteristic in advanced warfare and logistics. He knew how to hide, fight and keep people strong. He began to take psychology classes and was trying to find ways to cause psychological warfare. This interest would be his downfall.. As he grew older, his ego and himself grew darker and took pity on no-one. He eventually started a company named Psytex, a company that would research the effects of psychological warfare and they would eventually be working with the government to break people who did wrong. At 18, his father and his mother dis-owned him. After making the company, he knew one thing. He'd be a better person than he ever would be. At the age of 21, Mike had developed toxins and other things to fight against people and break their own mentality.
One of Mike's family member's his Uncle came to see him, he informed him that his parents were dying from cancer and that they needed him. He explained to his Uncle what had happened over the year's. And strangely, he believed him. Mike went to his mother and father and told them what he thought. Told them what he knew. They suffered and Mike had no sympathy for them. None at all.
At the age of 26 Mike had become a one of the well-know military suppliers but realized later in his life, everything he had wanted had fallen. He didn't know what he had until it was too late. Mike eventually went dark and left the city where he grew up, he took a oath, to train and become the fighter he was born to be. A year later, Mike returned to the city and found one thing. It was in ruins. The 7 hour war had started. He knew what he had to do. He joined the military and fought on the front lines fighting the Combine. He was a strong and able man, eventually the military lines were broken and a squadron retreated into the woods, and found a small building which they took position in.
They Combine broke their lines in minutes, as OTA units poured in, Mike one by one slaughtered them, killing about 7 of them with murderous tactics he fled from there and ran, he blew up the building killing 30-40 units. As he ran more OTA units poured onto him, he made it to a abandoned building. There was no way out for him. A CA came in with multiple OTA units, they restrained Mike, and the CA said had a chat with him. For a 20 minutes the CA explained what would happen to him and forced him into another option. To become a OTA unit himself. Mike refused, but the mocked and he was going to be forced into this option. He was threw into detainment awaiting the order, dreading the fate he had coming to him.
