The Universal Union, is seen as the "Benefactor's" Of the cities, they supply them with food, water, medicinal items and the like. Most recognizable by the trade mark symbol precisely stamped on each and every product that happens to be "UU Branded" They are also the ones seen as the enslavers of the human race.
How does the UU matches the seven hour war:

Give me a background-story (200 words)
:David Keltie was born in the year 1984 in Scotland, On January 4th. David grew up during the height of the Margaret Thatcher reign of Britain. His family came from a long line of Military and Police background. His grand-father, a Pilot at the time, was awarded the Victoria's Cross due to his valour and bravery during the Battle of Britain which spanned from the 11th of July to the 31st Of October. Due to great accomplishment to the Keltie name David imminently become influenced by his Family's history and his currents Father's and Sisters jobs as Military Police soldiers within the British Army.
His father being a Military Police Commissioned Officer and his sisters being within the Special Investigation Branch of the RMP. At an early age he grew up in quite a bad home, due to his father and sisters being away from home a-lot due to their jobs he was often left with his mother, who he grew to despise. She was a strict parent and this force David to grew a hateful and aggressive personality. At the age of Seven he got into a major fight with a child, it turned bloody as both of them substantiated quite a-lot of injuries. David being the worst as he two dislocated fingers, a shattered shin and broken nose. His mother upon hearing of this his mother took him out of school and sent him to a behavioural school. This only seemed to further his aggressive natural and his vengefulness of the education system. But his injuries were one of many he would acquire during his life-time. A few years later, at the age of 10, his father was killed in the line of fire during operations. This sent David into a massive spiral of depression and despair,hate for his family and changing it for sorrowfulness and emptiness. He was sent to see a therapist but however that did nothing to quell his nihilistic view on the world and death.
When David started high-school he was emotionally distant with his class-mates and was often treated as "The weird loner" Or "The creepy guy". Despite these harsh criticisms his time in-school proved enlightening, as his education began to fully take effect. His grades were outstanding, despite coming from a less than great back-ground of fights and delinquency. However there was one person who begun to take a liking to him, his name was Scott Blair. He begun to try and attempt to break into his lonely shell and rescue him from the dark-pits of depression. David tended to bite back and grow a slight malice for him, but eventually he grew a fondness for his companion. At this point David had made a friend, a friend for life and beyond. Scott was a computer genius, profound in both software engineer and programming. After this David's life begun to get more enjoyable, but he was determined to live up to his family's name, he was planning on enlisting for the British Army. After graduating from high-school with an Higher in Chemistry, English and Mathematics he attempts to apply for the Royal Military Police. However was denied due to his background. This forced him to sift through every job in the army till finding one, one that accepted no matter your criminal record. The Infantry. The Infantry was the back-bone of the army that went through gruelling training regimens designed to break you both mentally and physically. But due to his history the training was normal, despite a few instances of near catastrophic clashes between his Regimental Sergeant. However due to his fantastic track-record of training he was given the rank of Lance-Corporal at the age of 23. After spending multiple years within the Infantry he was offered to Join the Para's, the Parachutists. He happy accepted, knowing that it would get him closer to the front-line more than before. He joined the 16th Air Assault Brigade, as a marksman for his squad. Finally clearing up all misforunate from his family name, making friends and family alike. Proud
After many faithful years of service the final day had come, the day the earth stood still, On that day, mankind received grim call that it was time to face the music, to face that they were just cattle in a cage, ready to be eaten. The Seven Hour War. David's Brigade was one of the brigades to be mobilised and one of the first to be wiped out and subdued. David, along with a 230 soldiers were kept alive, the Privates were assimilated into what is now known as the Metro-Police Force. The Commissioned Officers were all executed due to their lack of combat experience. However, Non-Commissioned Officers were lucky but also unlucky indirectly. They were forced and captured to be converted into what is now known as the Overwatch Transhuman Arm. David's life, his memory's, his experiences and his friends and family were now completely wiped from his mind. He was reverted to a state of blankness, ready to be moulded into the perfect and absolute soldier. David now awaits for deployment in the Outlands, Not as a man, but as a thing. Due to the Autonomous Judgement, I would be almost instantaneously pulled out stasis and follow the orders of said command unit's active at the time. Which would most likely be amputate every citizen in sight.

Judgement Waiver, these are usually called when there is a dire situation however not dire enough to warrant a Autonomous Judgement. These usually include Riots, a large group of armed anti citizens, terrorist attack. Ect.

I have not on this server, but I have been an Overwatch on various other servers, such as Sector Sixteen, Black Forest ect. I've been from Echo to King and have experience in nearly ever Overwatch Division apart from Shotgunner
