As most of you will know, we have been generous and allowed the slums to be an open zone again. However, it's turned into what happened last time. EVERYONE is literally a Rebel. Fact is, people will line up to the gate, if they get denied get tokens ANY way they can, come back and go into the slums. Fact is we can't have literally everyone in the slums. Don't mean to sound like a dick, but if this doesn't stop, we're going to do something about it. Now I'm not saying "You can't go in the slums, get the fuck out." I'm asking that you can go on a normal Citizen every so often, just to get some sort of plaza rp. We ask you kindly, it isn't a big ask, and at the end of the day, RP is RP.
